Isn't my daughter, Amy, clever? She took about half an hour to carve this last night and I think it's brilliant. Beats the usual scary face doesn't it?
As the picture downloaded I said, 'Oh Wow!' That is one beautiful pumpkin. I've heard that if you give them a coat of clear varnish they will last for ages. Worth a try for a work of art.
I think the inside is too juicy, for want of a better word, Lynne, to take varnish. But I made sure I took lots of photos. I put the ghosty one in our window last night so kids would know we'd welcome their trick or treat. Only had about half a dozen call so I had to eat all the left-over sweeties today so they didn't go to waste ;0)
